Daniel: but i guess boingboing has grown to the point where it's not just a few people sharing awesome stuff
Daniel: most of the time i just skip through boingboing in my feeds cause 75% of the stuff isn't interesting to me anymore?
Me: yeah, i feel the same way
Me: every 6 months i try re-subscribing and kill it because it's a lot of noise
Daniel: what was the old tagline, a collection of amazing things?
Me: something like that
Me: "a directory of wonderful things"
Daniel: yeah! i feel like they've deviated from that mission statement
Me: haha
Me: their things are no longer wonderful?
Daniel: yep. it's a directory of moderately uninteresting and sleepily boring things
